The lady Gators softball took care of business for the second straight day, blowing past Baylor (0-2) 8-0. Sophomore pitcher Stephanie Brombacher took a big part of the win. Brombacher threw a no-hitter all the way up to the last inning. It was an amazing performance from her part and get ready to see plenty of this the rest of the season. Brombacher finished with 8 strikeouts and one walk.

The Gators (2-0) knocked 3 out of the park for the first time since they played Kentucky in 2008. They are really hitting the ball well the past 2 games and I think it should really have a big impact the rest of the year. This ball clubs shot at winning it all this year is very high right now, but it is too early to even say.

Sophomore Aja Paculba had an incredible day in the box after going 2 for 3 with a home run, 2 RBI, a stolen base and 2 scored runs. Florida had a rally that was started by Corrie Brooks after pounding a double out to the fence and was advanced to third after a Michelle Moultrie sacrifice bunt. Brooks then went on to score after a sacrifice fly.

The Gators look to sweep the Bears as they face off tomorrow starting at 12pm.
