Ja’Juan Story, a three-star wide receiver from Natures Coast in Brooksville, FL has chosen to verbally commit to the University of Florida this afternoon after a visit last week to Gainesville with his uncle.

Story, who is ranked No. 3 on the Times’ Fab 50 prospects list for 2011, had been offered by 28 different schools. Four of them were Miami, Florida State, Ohio State and Notre Dame. ESPNU has Story listed as a four-star recruit, and number 41 overall.

After the visit to Gainesville, Story locked in his decision to commit to Florida.

“I feel like I’ve seen everything I’ve needed to see,” Story said. “It was amazing. I got along good with all the coaches. When I talked to the academic man I liked what they had in store for me. [He said to the Times'.] I don’t even see why I should go somewhere else.”

Story, who not only plays wide receiver but also takes snaps at quarterback, will join four-star wide receiver Javares McRoy who accepted his scholarship offer back on June 10, is from [Lakeland, FL], Chris Rainey’s hometown.
