Wow, thats a pretty weak scedule. I thought they were trying to toughen it up a little? We'll have to win 25+ games to make the tourney with that non conference scedule.

We had better hope the SEC isreally good this year. If we have more than one or two losses going into SEC play, were toast.

Not so fast my friends. You got Ohio State on there. That's always a quality opponent. Xavier kicked our ass last year. Florida State is no longer a basketball weakling. Kansas State? Seems like I remember them going further in our bracket than we did. As a matter of fact, so did Xavier. Rhode Island played North Carolina in the final four of the NIT and took them down to the buzzer. It won't as easy as you think.

I mean... it's not a cake walk. I honestly think its about right, if you look at the competition we got. We have a whole different ball club ever since the back to back National Championships.

I doubt you will find too many SEC teams with a tougher non conference schedule than that one. UK always plays UNC and Louisville, but who else? We've got Ohio State, Kansas State, Xavier and FSU. Would any of those teams reaching the Sweet Sixteen shock anybody? No. And I'll tell you another one you better not sleep on is JU. Last year those guys went into the NIT and beat Arizona State and then nearly took out Texas Tech. UCF beat Auburn last year too. Not too many years ago Kent State was in the Sweet Sixteen, so who knows? They could be a sleeper. Rhode Island is pretty tough. I think this is a pretty decent schedule. This aint football. You don't have to be a BIG State U to be good. Remember Butler?

Butler when we knocked them out of the tournament years ago? With Mike Miller?

No. Butler who nearly won it all this year.
