Florida 18 in Si Power Rankings

Even though Florida finished the season and the NCAA Tournament unranked, the thought of having all five starters, a healthy bench, and a solid group of recruits entering the next season has garnered some interest among "the powers that be" in this week’s NCAA Basketball Power Rankings. Florida entered the Power Rankings at number eighteen after Alex Tyus decided he would not enter his name into the NBA draft and return for his senior season.

Duke, Michigan State, Purdue, Kansas State, and Kansas make up the top five with Villanova, Pittsburgh, Ohio State, BYU, and North Carolina rounding out the top ten.

I am excited for next season. I know I said that before last season began but I really am. I think we are going to have a MUCH better season then last yr.
