Who are you fools trying to kid? Stoops won’t even consider the job. I guess Charlie had crappy timing, huh. And after Urban is done with Operation Backout, he’ll take a NFL coaching job. By the way, the SEC and ACC will own the Gaytors next year.
I doubt Florida can lure away Bobby Stoops, but he would be a nice fit. I think Florida should give Chris Petersen of Boise St or Gary Patterson of TCU the opportunity to be the next Urban Meyer.
I can see the Gator haters are going to have a field day on this one. This is not the first time Florida has been through a coaching crisis. Florida will be fine.
