Tebow Returns To Practice, But Not Cleared To Play

Quarterback Tim Tebow returned to practice today after sitting out all last week so he can recover from the concussion he suffered against Kentucky.

Tim was suited up in full pads but was limited on what he could do. He did do the full speed drills like he always has done but there was no contact involved. But that’s almost always like that with quarterbacks anyways in practice. Tebow has been cleared to practice with the team but has not yet been cleared to play against No. 4 LSU this Saturday. Doctors stood near by to watch over Tebow closely to make sure he is not receiving any symptoms or anything.

Reports have shown that Tebow has been making all positive progress in practice, and also in the memory testing that he took. So far all of the signs look good for Florida. They are waiting on Tim to rise at a certain level in order for him to move up in his participation.

Tim will have tests done tomorrow to see if he has made even more progress and to see how close he is to being cleared to play against the Tigers.

Stay tuned here at Gator Sports Nation to find the latest updates on Tim Tebow’s status.
