After missing several games with an injury, senior running back Emmanuel Moody and sophomore running back Mike Gillislee are expected to be on the field this Saturday against the Vanderbilt Commodores.

“They are both 100 percent for the first time in quite a while,” Florida coach Urban Meyer said today. “So they had a really good practice (Tuesday).”

And for other injuries, Caleb Sturgis will miss another game this weekend. He is still suffering from a back fracture that occurred earlier this season and has not played since September 25 which was against Kentucky. Meyer told the media that Sturgis practiced kicking last week but did not participate in any practice this week so far. Meyer also said that he will not get Sturgis back onto the field until he is 100 percent healthy.

“He won’t kick this week,” Meyer said. “They’re still re-evaluating him every week.”

Senior OL Carl Johnson suffered from a strained calf and has been wearing a boot to limit his movement a little bit but is indeed expected to play this weekend. DT Jaye Howard has not practiced all week but was hoping to see a little bit of action on either Wednesday or Thursday. His status is questionable for now.
