Jeff Demps will not play in any college football all star games or draft activities including the NFL combine. Obviously, the NFL is a more lucrative path than track & field, unless your Usain Bolt. Demps is too small to be an every down back in the NFL. He would be better utilized on special teams with a focus on returning punts and kickoffs, although that is no sure way to get drafted.
