Four- star running back Mack Brown is all gator now, and says he won’t take any other visits despite reports that he would visit other schools. Brown said he has been told that coach Urban Meyer could return to the Gators as early as March.

“He looked pretty fine to me,” Brown said. “He looked healthy. I know he wants to coach so I know he’s going to be there. He’s going to take a couple weeks off in February but he’ll be back.”

New running backs coach Stan Drayton helped smooth over the lose of Coach Carter by recently visiting the 4 star running back from Lithonia (Ga.) This weekend visit allowed time for Mack and Coach Drayton to get to know each other.

“I like Coach Stan Drayton,” Brown said. “He seems real. He knows a lot about the position. I can learn a lot. I’m ready to learn from Coach Stan Drayton.”

Brown is rated as the eighth best running back in the 2010 class. Brown could be the elite running back Coach Meyer has been looking for in years past
