The UF men’s basketball team got off to a strong start with a 40 point trouncing of Jackson State, 99-59.  The Gators had 5 players who scored 10 points or more, including Kenny Boynton & Mike Rosario (transfer) who added 19 a piece.  In his NCAA debut, Bradley Beal scored a respectable 14 points and contributed to the whooping 59 point first half. It looked more like the Harlem Globetrotters playing a local pickup team, then 2 collegiate teams. Goliath beating up on David. Florida football vs a pee wee team. You get the idea. Go Gators!
